By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ceryse Digital provides digital transformation consultancy services including custom software development, cloud architecture, system integration, data protection, GPU compute services, and ongoing support. All services are provided subject to a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
Each project begins with a Discovery phase and a formal blueprint. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project and agreed upon before work commences. Payment terms are specified in each project agreement.
Upon full payment, custom-developed solutions are transferred to the client. Ceryse Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and methodologies. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. GPU compute services are provided on a best-effort basis with standard SLA terms defined per engagement.
We treat all client information as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are executed at project onset. We will not share client data, business processes, or technical specifications with third parties without explicit consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
